Unclaimed Property Administration

Claim Documentation Announcement:
Claimants submitting documentation in support of an unclaimed property claim should email these documents to our document submission email account: Please include your last name and claim ID in the email subject heading.
Technical Announcement:
Due to system upgrades, the current UPA Online Holder Reporting application will be taken offline on Friday, May 15, 2020. Establishing Your Identity

Acceptable Credentials:

  1. Clear copy of driver's license or other legal photo identification.
  2. Proof of Social Security Number or FEIN.
  3. Documentation of name change if different than listed on the search results page.
  4. Proof of the original owner's address as listed on the search results page.
