Contact Us – Online Account Request to File Payroll Tax Informational Returns (NJ-W3/W2/1099)

This page is only for entities not currently registered with New Jersey. If you are already registered, but don’t have a PIN, log in using your New Jersey tax identification number and official business name.

In order for us to process your request, you must provide us with your New Jersey Corporate ID Number. If you do not know your New Jersey Corporate ID number, you can access it through the Division of Revenue & Enterprise Services' Business Records Service using the "Business Entity Name Search."

If you do not have a New Jersey Corporate ID number, leave the field blank.
